Technological Machinery A.P. Quality LTD is equipped with the following technological machinery: Eight Samsung SMT machines – four Model SM 482 and four Model SM 421 Pick & Place machines with non-stop refueling feeder, provide a solution for 01005 components and micro BGA packages. Tin printing machines – made in Germany (ERSA VERSAPRINT B1), the UK and Korea. Reflow soldering ovens – Ersa HOTFLOW 3/14e as well as Samsung lead-free technology. SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) Machine – PEMTRON TROI-7700HL, for inspecting application of solder on boards. Vapor oven – new ASSCON VP6000 Vapor-Phase Soldering Machine. This machine is identical to reflow ovens with nitrogen and provides a solution for soldering close to the ground plane without air bubbles (zero air bubbles) for QFN components. In addition, excellent soldering results are achieved for PCBs with ground planes at temperatures of just 240 degrees. X-ray machine – the highly advanced NORDSON DAGE model XD7600NT Inspection System. EXTRA EYE – FAI (First Article Inspection) machine for visual testing of first items of series. 3-D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machine. Microscopes – for testing, using advanced technology at various sizes. Selective soldering machine ERSA VERSAFLOW 3/45 with two heads. Routing Machine – ESR 1000 for separating PCBs from panels. Rework – Ersa Hybrid Rework System HR 600. High-quality solutions provided by a professional team, including BGA rebolling, and replacement BGA socket and micro BGA components in all types of PCBs. Mechanics department – wire cutting machines for production of cables as well as pin press machines.
